This book was a complete rollercoaster. It grabbed my attention from the very beginning and I enjoyed every minute of it! This author has become one of my favorites for romance suspense.
Lots of suspense in this one, and it was also very emotional. This book is the first book in the series, but I would highly recommend reading the Adairs series prior to reading this one, as it’s built around the same location and many of the same characters.
Single mom Sloane was a firecracker, she was a fighter and knew exactly what she wanted. Walker is one of those strong silent types that you just want to hug. His back story is especially heartbreaking.
I’m so excited that this author is giving us more books in this gorgeous background of the Scottish Highlands. I can’t wait for the next one!
