Amy Daws is a master of romcom, and sneakily hands you an emotional read. Lynsey and Josh hate each other. Absolutely hate. But that fine line between hate and lust, makes the romance that much hotter. There was so much emotion in this book! Josh was beyond swoony, total book boyfriend material. Overall, this book just made me smile (even when I was getting teary eyed). Amy Daws easily is one of my top one-click authors. Her characters are real, and completely relatable, you fall in love with each one of them.
Also - I now need some french silk pie ASAP.

I love books that have both humor and emotional depth, and Amy Daws delivers once again with One Moment Please.
The premise of this book drew me in right away: "That awkward moment when an ER doctor has to inform you that you’re pregnant…with his baby." Yes please, sign me up for those shenanigans. Lynsey Jones (who we know as Kate's best friend in Wait With Me) and Dr. Josh Richardson a.k.a Dr. Dick, (to whom we're introduced in Next In Line) star in this hate-to-love, surprise baby romance.
I've noticed a trend when I read books by Amy Daws. There's a pattern that's emerged that goes something along these lines: I'm laughing - and laughing - and laughing - then *bam* I'm hit in the feels - I'm on the verge of tears (and sometimes crying) - then I'm laughing again. There's usually some swooning in there, too.
Daws is easily a one-click author for me.
